Terms and conditions
- On the day of arrival, the room is at your disposal from 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the room rate without meals.
- Reductions for children (in their parents’ room):
- up to 2 years: 100% discount
- from 2 to 5 years: 80% discount
- from 5 to 10 years: 50% discount
- from 10 to 12 years: 30% discount
- from 12 years: 20% discount
- Since 01.01.2024, a local tax of 3.00 euros per person and day has been levied locally for the province of Bolzano (does not apply to children under the age of 14).
- In order to avoid cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out Hogast’s travel cancellation insurance. You can do so using the booking form at the bottom of this page.
- Do not forget: In case of travel restrictions, a rebooking or cancellation is of course free of charge at any time.
Arrival and departure
On your day of arrival your room is available from 2.00 p.m. We ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cash payments
Please note that according to Italian law, cash payments are only allowed up to a value of 1,999.99 euros (except for non-EU citizens). Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards are accepted at the Parc Hotel Florian.

Charging station for electric cars
We offer you the possibility to charge your electric car at the Tesla charging station of the hotel.
Public transport
The shuttle bus (bus stop in front of the hotel) takes you to the bottom station of Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm panoramic cable car. The digital guest card “Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass” allows you to use public transport in South Tyrol free-of-charge. The Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass will be sent to you by e-mail after check-in. If you need the ticket before your arrival, please contact us.
General terms and conditions of the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass:
- Upon completion of the booking contract, the guest will be issued the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (hereinafter referred to as the Guest Pass), which is valid for the entire duration of their stay, from midnigh on the day of arrival until midnight on the day of departure in accordance with resolution no. 732/2022 of the South Tyrolean provincial government.
- The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the Südtirolmobil network area as well as additional services, which vary from tourism organisation to tourism organisation. - The only South Tyrolean-wide provider of the Guest Pass is the Mobility Consortium, which was appointed as a uniform coordination body by the South Tyrolean Provincial Government in accordance with the above resolution of the South Tyrolean Provincial Association of Tourism Organisations (LTS) on 16.11.2022. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the terms of use of the Guest Pass will be communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Cancellation policy
To avoid any unpleasant surprises should you not be able to start your hotel stay at all, or if it is delayed or you have to break it off prematurely, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. It covers your cancellation costs if you have to cancel your trip.
Cancellation conditions
- If you need to rebook or cancel your stay due to travel restrictions, no cancellation fees apply (money-back guarantee).
- Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival is free of charge. The paid deposit will be returned or can be used for a future holiday.
- Cancellation from 89 to 31 days before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price of your stay.
- Cancellation from 30 to 8 days before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price of your stay.
- Cancellation from 7 days before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price of your stay.
- In the event of late arrival, no-show, or early departure, we charge a fee of 90% of the total price of your stay for the days booked but not spent with us.
- In any case, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are rebooked in full or in part. The same applies to early departure.
Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers’ Code): Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
